You will start with a questionnaire form where you will dive into your successes, struggles, creative process, values, and goals. With this form, In Velvet gains an understanding of the client’s priorities and what you will want to focus on during the session. Needs may include email organization, schedule mapping, creating automations, HoneyBook help, etc. This is the perfect opportunity to pick my brain.
CLIENT WORKBOOK
Once the form is received, clients will complete a simple but comprehensive workbook to describe their current processes and workflows. This workbook forms the foundation of their tailored experience so In Velvet can create systems that fit their unique needs and processes.
STRATEGY Audit
Once the workbook is completed, we will will conduct a client process audit. Doing this ensures that we understand your process and how we can best assist you! This tailored audit works with the client’s already existing processes but streamlines and simplifies them. Lists of needed email and file templates are included a long with what processes can be automated.
Session Day
We come together, go over your priorities stated in the questionnaire, CRM audit, and any questions you might have. This session gives you all the tools to organize your business and take back your time.
